2. PURPOSE

2.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "T&C") govern access to, navigation in, and use of the DEVERA Platform.

2.2. The primary purpose of the Platform is the automated calculation of Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) in accordance with the ISO standard, using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology and internationally recognized databases.

2.3. The User obtains a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Platform while their account remains active and they have available credits.

3. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these T&C:

User: Any individual or legal entity that accesses and uses the Platform.
Account: The User's personal registration on the Platform.
Credits: Consumption units that enable Product Carbon Footprint analyses on the Platform.
PCF Analysis: Calculation of a product's Carbon Footprint following the 6 lifecycle phases (raw materials, packaging, manufacturing, transport, use, and end-of-life).
Report: Document generated by the Platform containing the PCF analysis results.
User Data: Any information, documents, files, or data uploaded or entered by the User into the Platform.
