IDENTIFICATION

ECO Impact Tech, S.L. (hereinafter “DEVERA” or “we”) with a registered address at Calle de la Travesía, S/N, Edificio La Terminal, ZIP Code 46024 Valencia (Valencia), Tax ID (NIF) B56263155, and registered in the Commercial Registry of Valencia, Volume 11426, Book 8704, Folio 194, Section 8, Page V212765, Entry 1, is the owner of the website: www.devera.ai (hereinafter, the “TOOL” or “Platform”).

The TOOL is subject to the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, “T&C TOOL”).

OBJECT

  1. These T&C TOOL govern access to, navigation in, and use of the TOOL. The parties involved in using the TOOL are DEVERA, the Client (the company or individual contracting with DEVERA), and, if applicable, Users authorized by the Client.
  2. The primary purpose of the TOOL is to measure and compare the carbon footprints of selected products in an automated manner, using a robust, gold-standard Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology. This approach aligns with our mission, vision, and values of promoting responsible, data-driven decisions in pursuit of decarbonization.   3. The end user (Client or authorized User) obtains a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to use the TOOL, under the applicable subscription plan, for as long as the associated account remains active.

VALIDITY

  1. The validity of these T&C TOOL depends on the version in force at the time of use and will remain in effect until replaced by another version duly published.
  2. Any changes or modifications will be automatically accepted by the Client/User through continued use or navigation of the TOOL. However, DEVERA must provide at least 15 days’ prior notice for any substantial change, during which time the Client may terminate its contract if it disagrees with the modifications.

ACCESS AND USE

  1. Access Requirements. By using this TOOL, Clients and Users represent and warrant that:
  2. Purpose of the TOOL. The TOOL is focused on the carbon footprint analysis (or overall LCA-based Eco-scoring) of products, processes, and other relevant activities. Results and insights are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a certification, guarantee, or regulatory approval of any kind.
  3. Data Collection. By using the TOOL, Clients expressly consent to the collection and processing of any data necessary to perform the Life Cycle Assessment (“LCA”) calculations, as set out in these T&C TOOL and in our Privacy Policy.
  4. Contractual Relationship. DEVERA will process Client data only for the duration of the contractual relationship with the Client, or as otherwise agreed or required by law. The Client remains responsible for ensuring that any personal or sensitive data provided (if applicable) is collected and shared lawfully.
  5. Disclaimers on Methodology. The methodology used by DEVERA (including data sets, impact factors, and assumptions) is described in our documentation and may be updated from time to time. While we strive for transparency and continuous improvement, you acknowledge that:
